Less Is More - Lucky Dip Guest Designer

Good Morning,

I am so so so so lucky to have been asked if I would like to Guest Designer for the Lucky Dip week at Less Is More.  It would be fair to say I didn't have to think about it for even a second, I jumped at the chance.  So thank you Chrissie and Jen for asking me to join in.

The challenge this week is inspired by my blog title, so we want to see something 'Made With Sparkle'.  I decided to stay away from Christmas cards today as I seem to have made loads lately and just make a regular card instead.

Less Is More - Christmas Bird

Good Afternoon,

I am just home from visiting the in laws so I have managed to disappear away to my craft room to make a card for this week's Less Is More challenge.  Chrissie and Jen have asked us to make a Christmas card featuring a 'bird'.  I don't have many bird stamps so this is the best I could come up with.

Good Afternoon,

This week over at CAS-ual Fridays we have been asked to create with 8 of something.  By luck my new Stampin Up stamp creates 8 rows of text or pattern.  So hopefully it counts.  Instead of a card I have done a bottle label instead as I have been asked to make a few of these for Christmas from a work colleague. So one down another 5 to go!

Muse #44

Good Morning,

It's time for my take on this week's Muse card.  This time it took me a little while to think what to do, but I came up with something in the end.  This week's Muse card is provided by Marion Vagg and she has used the chalkboard technique. I hadn't tried this technique so now was the perfect time.

I have had a great day off work today, got some crafting done and my mum, sister and niece came round for a visit.

This afternoon I managed to make a card for this week's Muse challenge, where the inspiration card was provided by Therese Calvird.  I loved Therese's gorgeous purple snowflakes so I used that as my inspiration.

CASololgy Week 70 - Triangle

Good Afternoon,

It's time for another Cue Word as CASology and this week is 'Triangle'. I apologise in advance for the photo, I promise in real life it looks ok, but for some reason the photo just wouldn't turn out well.  I might try again and up date it.  Since we are getting closer to Christmas when I read 'triange' I instantly thought of Christmas trees. It seens a lot of design team members have had a similar idea so I can't wait to see what you all come up with.

A couple of 'not sures'

Today I have two cards, neither of which I am sure whether I like them or not.  They are both for the current challenge over at Uniko Studio and I love love love their products, however the colours for the most current challenge are not in my comfort zone.

Merry & Bright

Good Afternoon,

Second post of the day for me, you can see my first one here.

This card is for the new challenge over at Muse, luckily this week an idea popped into my head straight away and as I bonus I got to play with another fab new stamp set I have.  I have taken quite a literal view on the Muse card this week as I really loved the elements of it, I just moved them round a little bit to suit my sentiment.

Stunning Snowflakes

Good Morning,

Ever since I received my lastest order from Uniko Studio I have been dying to play with the snowflakes stamps, however I have been super busy so they finally got taken out the box yesterday. And I love them even more than I thought. So thanks Beverley!
