Catching Up

Good Afternoon,

What a cold miserable day it is here today, I really hope last weeks great weather isn't our summer!

Normally on a Sunday I create a card to join in with Di and the other playmates for the snippet challenge, however time got away from me so I am a day late in posting this.

I recently bought some ink dusters and wanted to try out the emboss resist technique.  Now my attempt is far from perfect, but I LOVE the effect, so don't be surprised to see a few more cards cropping up with this effect on them.

Supplies Used:
Stampendous - Agapanthus Cluster
Versamark 'watermark' ink
Clear embossing powder
Tim Holtz - Tattered Rose Distress Ink
All card and ribbon was from my snippet box

Challenges Entered:
Pixies Crafty Workshop - Snippet Challenge
Less Is More  - Week 61

I have entered this card into the challenge over at Less Is More, however I might be stretching the colour scheme a bit, a little bit too much grey and not the right colour pink???

Thanks for visiting
x

  20. Ink dusters? Now you have totally lost me. I have visions of us sitting at our desks carefully dusting off each of our ink pads!!!!!
Love the pink colour and must look into this technique.
