Good Afternoon,
I almost gave up on the challenge over at Less Is More this week. Chrissie and Jen have asked us to use Washi tape and I have none. I knew I could make it myself but yesterday when I was still a bit poorly it seemed like too much effort. However when I got up today I was feeling much better so I got going with my homemade washi tape and I have to say it was a lot easier than I thought.
Supplies Used:
Uniko Studio - Wonderful Washi
Hero Arts - Neon Ink
The Craft's Meow - Celebrate
I am quite pleased with how it turned out, however if I was to start again I would change the sentiment, but I used up the last of my vellum so just going to have to stick with it.
Thanks for visiting

ReplyDeleteI am about to give up on this one! Nothing seems to work!
Thank you for the lovely comment and becoming a follower! Don't give up, something will spring to mind, it's normally when you are doing something else and you end up dropping everything and go running back to your craft room!
DeleteIt looks just great Gillian, good to hear you are feeling better too

ReplyDeleteLove your DIY washi tape! Are the strips vellum? I tried stamping onto tissue paper and the result were a bit random, going to try decopatch paper today!!
ReplyDeleteGreat bright colours.

Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes I used vellum, seemed to work ok, just had to dry off the ink with a heat gun but other than that it worked well
DeleteSuper cute design.
