Good Afternoon,
What a gorgeous selection of 'Letter' cards we had last week. However it is a new week and we have a new challenge. This week the Cue Card at CASology is 'Under' and you will see from the design team that we have all interpreted this differently. Whenever I thought of the word 'Under' the song 'Under the Sea' from the Little Mermaid kept jumping into my head, so that was the inspiration for my card.
Supplies Used:
Simon Says Stamp - Birthday Fishes
ProMarkers
Now it's over to you guys, I can't wait to see what Clean and Simple ideas you all come up with this week, but before you get started have a quick visit round the rest of the Design Team for further inspiration.
Thanks for visiting

Love the use of the stencil to make your water, and the bright pops of orange!
ReplyDeleteLove that stencil and how you used it!
ReplyDeleteAs a "new" CAS person I really appreciate you defining the "busy" being kept to 1/3 of the card. I'm just learning so little tidbits help me! I really like the stenciled water... I can see that it can add so much interest to the card without bulk.
ReplyDeleteLovely inking, and LOVE that fish, you know, the one looking back at me!!!
ReplyDeleteSweet sweet fishies Gillian!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so cute--reminds me of the ocean from my vacation last week. Super sweet under water scene.
ReplyDeleteGillian this card is super cute. The water is really neat.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great interpretation of this week's cue word, Gillian! Your card is so cute and, come to think of it, I do believe I have this set and stencil waiting to see ink...thanks for the reminder and great inspiration!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThat song popped into my head too, Gillian. In fact, now it'll be stuck in my head all over again! :) Love the stencil you used for the waves.
ReplyDeleteThis is just too cute Gillian!
ReplyDeleteHi Gillian,
ReplyDeleteHow funny I made a "birthday fishes" card very recently - yours looks a heck of a lot more fun than mine LOL! What a clever way to make your waves, I'll be employing this trick sometime.
Now that song is swimming through my head, too! (I actually made a CASology card based on that song a while back!)...I love the pop of orange fish against the blue stenciled water...fun and fresh!
ReplyDeleteLove these cute fishes that are swimming under the water!! Super great and very fun and cool!! Cute punny sentiment!!
ReplyDeleteLike Jen said, that song 'under the sea' popped into me head, too. Haha!! Love the way you stamped the sentiment along the wave. May
